The TC(NP) oil seal is a common low-pressure rotary and dust-prevention product. This improvement focuses specifically on applications in motors and gear reducers. Without changing the original design or structure, the material’s coefficient of friction has been optimized, allowing motors or gear reducers to operate with reduced resistance and improved energy conversion efficiency.
This update mainly involves changes to NBR material. Through enhancements developed by our in-house Materials R&D Center, ASTM-D1894 test results show an average reduction of 17% in both dynamic and static coefficients of friction.
With these material improvements, the product can deliver smoother operation in practical applications.
