The WRPF is a wear ring specifically designed for hydraulic cylinders with long strokes or high-speed operation.
A key feature of this product is its specially tooled surface grooves. This design creates a thin oil film on the wear ring surface, allowing the hydraulic cylinder to operate more smoothly at high speeds, thereby improving performance and reducing energy consumption.
The material we use is polyetherimide (PEI), which outperforms nylon and polyoxymethylene (POM) in terms of lateral strength, operating temperature range, and coefficient of friction.
