HINAKA Fluid Power’s AHP Air-driven Hydraulic Power Unit is a compact, energy-saving system for industrial use where high pressure and long holding are required. Powered by compressed air, it avoids continuous motor and pump operation, cutting energy waste and heat without external motors or cooling.
Its strength lies in two patents. The “Zero-Leakage Hydraulic Directional Valve” (TWM443803U1, CN202852065U) ensures zero leakage with a decay rate under 10% over 168 hours. The “Air-Driven Hydraulic Booster Pump” (TWM443778U, CN202789367U) uses a pneumatic shifting valve with automatic pressure compensation, activating only when pressure drops, reducing energy use and avoiding noise.
AHP offers booster ratios of 5:1–100:1 and output pressures over 350 kg/cm². Each system saves 4,000–6,000 kWh annually, cutting 2–3 tons CO₂e, lowering costs, and supporting ESG goals. Ideal for high-pressure, long-holding, and energy-focused applications.
